چکیده
Visualization technology has become a trend in tumor therapy recent years. The superior optical properties of graphene quantum dots (GQDs) make them suitable candidates for diagnosis, but their targeting and drug-carrying capacities are still not ideal treatment. Sulfur-doped (SGQDs) with stable fluorescence prepared previous study. A reliable strategy by associating layered double hydroxides (LDHs) etoposide (VP16) is designed precise visualization therapy. Trifunctional LDH@SGQD-VP16 integrated nanoprobes can simultaneously achieve targeted aggregation, visualization, chemotherapy. accumulate the microenvironment, owing to pH-sensitive long-term photostability vivo, which provide basis cancer targeting, real-time imaging, effect tracking. enhanced therapeutic attenuated side effects VP16 demonstrated, apoptosis caused ≈2.7 times higher than that alone, HGC-27 cells. This work provides theoretical experimental as potential multifunctional agent gastric cancer.

متن کاملMonte Carlo calculations of dose distribution for the treatment of gastric cancer with proton therapy
Proton therapy is a common form of external radiation therapy based on the manipulation of Bragg peak of this beam, it can treat the tumor by delivering high levels of doses to it, while protecting surrounding healthy tissues against radiation. In this work, the dose distribution of proton and secondary particles such as neutrons, photons, electrons and positrons in gastric cancer proton therap...

Intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) is a multidisciplinary approach in which residual tumors or tumor beds are directly irradiated during a surgical procedure. To evaluate its efficacy, from 1985, we conducted a prospective study including non-metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma treated by surgery, IORT (15 Grays) and postoperative external beam radiotherapy (44 Grays). Up to 1993, 51 ca...
متن کاملFluorescent Contrast agent Based on Graphene Quantum Dots Decorated Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles for Detecting and Sorting Cancer Cells
Background and Objectives: The inability of classic fluorescence-activated cell sorting to single cancer cell sorting is one of the most significant drawbacks of this method. The sorting of cancer cells in microdroplets significantly influences our ability to analyze cancer cell proteins. Material and Methods: We adapted a developed microfluidic device as a 3D in vitro model to sorted MCF-7 c...
متن کاملSynthesis and characterization of polymer-coated quantum dots with integrated acceptor dyes as FRET-based nanoprobes.
A fluorescence resonance energy transfer pair consisting of a colloidal quantum dot donor and multiple organic fluorophores as acceptors is reported and the photophysics of the system is characterized. Most nanoparticle-based biosensors reported so far use the detection of specific changes of the donor/acceptor distance under the influence of analyte binding. Our nanoparticle design on the othe...
